Rules 

1. Spot signups open an hour before at 4pm. 

2. Music only, max 2 people per group. Guitars, ukulele, harmonica, hand drums, and other small instruments permitted. 

3. Max 2 songs per artist, no more than 10 minutes apiece. (Can get second set if list is not full).
